Gameplay
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
No — full sets are provided for every bay. Bring your own if you prefer to play with your own gear.
Can beginners play?
Yes. The Range Club is built for every level, from first swing to single-digit handicap.
How many people can play in one bay?
Standard Bays hold up to 4 players; the Private Bay holds up to 8.
How long is a session?
Sessions are booked by the hour — stay for one, or block out an evening.
Booking & Access
Can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but booking ahead guarantees your bay.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead for a full credit — see our booking policy for details.
What happens if I'm late?
Your session continues on its original schedule and can't be extended for a late arrival.
Do I need to book in advance?
It's recommended, especially evenings and weekends — bays do fill up.
Groups & Membership
Can I host private events here?
Yes — the Private Bay and full lounge are available for private parties, corporate nights and tournaments.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes — casual booking, prepaid packages and monthly memberships are all available.
Booking policy
Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is completed through the system.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your booking to check in and warm up.
Sessions run to the original booked time and cannot be extended for late arrival.
Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your booking time.
Eligible cancellations may be kept as booking credit, valid for 30 days.
Bookings not honoured without notice forfeit the deposit and session.
Standard Bays: up to 4 players. Private Bay: up to 8 players.
