1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use our website, our booking site or our venue. The Range Club is operated by The Range Club Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is completed through the system. Please give accurate details when you book.
Prices are in Thai baht and are those shown when you book. We may change prices later, but not for a booking that is already confirmed.
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Booking ahead guarantees your bay.
3. Check-in and late arrival
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your booking to check in and warm up.
Sessions end at the booked time. They cannot be extended to make up for late arrival.
4. Cancellation, rescheduling and credit
Changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking time.
Eligible cancellations may be kept as booking credit, valid for 30 days.
Bookings that are not honoured without notice (no-show) forfeit the deposit and the session.
5. Packages and memberships
Prepaid packages and memberships follow the terms shown when you buy them, such as validity, which bays they cover and member benefits.
They are for the named customer and cannot be transferred unless we agree. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires or we decide otherwise.
We may change member benefits with reasonable notice.
6. Players, conduct and safety
Standard Bays seat up to 4 players. The Private Bay seats up to 8 players.
Golf involves risk. Keep clear of other players' swings, follow staff guidance and handle equipment with care. Damage from misuse may incur a charge.
We may refuse service or end a session, without refund, if someone's behaviour is unsafe, abusive or damaging.
7. Food and drink
Alcohol is served only to guests aged 20 or over, in line with Thai law. We may ask to see ID.
8. Our responsibility
We will do our best to provide the bay and equipment as booked. If we have to cancel because of a technical fault or closure, we will offer a new time, credit, or a refund of what you paid for that session.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Personal belongings are your own responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
10. Our content
The logos, images, text and design on our websites belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. A booking you have already made follows the terms that applied when you made it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok.
