1. Who we are
This policy explains how The Range Club Co., Ltd. ("The Range Club", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website (therangeclubbkk.com), our booking site (book.therangeclubbkk.com) or visit our venue at 2nd Floor, Chamchuri Square, Rama IV Road, Bangkok 10330.
We handle personal data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
2. Personal data we collect
- Account details: first and last name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, and your password (stored securely; we cannot read it).
- Sign-in details if you connect LINE or Google: your account ID, name and email address from that service.
- Booking and visit data: bay, date, time, number of players, payment status, packages and hours used, memberships.
- Payment records: amounts, payment method, receipts and invoices. We do not store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us by email, LINE or phone.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and language, used to keep the site secure and working.
3. Why we use your data
- To create and manage your account, and to take, confirm, change and cancel bookings.
- To take payment and issue receipts and tax invoices.
- To send service messages by email or LINE: booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, package redemption, password codes.
- To give customer support and keep our systems secure, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules.
- To send promotions or news, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery), LINE and Google (only when you choose to sign in or connect with them), and payment providers.
Our staff see only the data they need for their role. Coaches see only their own coaching clients.
We may disclose data to authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Transfers outside Thailand
Some of our providers process data outside Thailand. When this happens, we take steps to make sure your data is protected as the PDPA requires.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements. Accounting and tax records are generally kept for at least 5 years. After that we delete or anonymise the data.
7. Cookies and browser storage
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
8. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and role-based permissions. No online system is completely risk-free. If you think your account has been misused, contact us right away.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask us to:
- give you access to, or a copy of, your personal data;
- correct data that is wrong or out of date;
- delete, restrict or stop using your data, or object to how we use it;
- move your data to another provider where applicable;
- withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew.

10. Children
Our services are meant for adults. If you are under 20, please book and share your data only with a parent or guardian's consent.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
